I've never bought a car from AlphaCars, but I have had body work done on two cars, a 2005 Subaru Legacy GT and a 2009 Nissan Pathfinder. Both jobs involved matching metallic paint and paintless dent removal (PDR).

The work done on both cars was absolutely perfect. The results could not have b...een better. Both times the cars were disassembled - not just masked off. This means the work takes a while and is not cheap, but you get what you pay for. This is not a Maaco-type job.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS: I recently had them work on my 1971 VW. The brake system probably hadn't been bled in 44 years. The bleeders were frozen solid. It was winter and I didn't feel like dealing with it. I took it to AlphaCars and they took the time to soak the bleeders over a weekend, free them up, bleed the system, and adjust the brakes. Everything was sufficiently made free and loose, and I can now easily adjust the brakes on my own. I paid a premium, but I got a premium result. I work on my own cars 99% of the time, but for tough (and annoying) jobs like this, I rely on AlphaCars. Show more

For the last couple of year I had been thinking about buying a Ural Motorcycle. All I had read about this unusual but very fun vehicles led me to believe it was a perfect way to enjoy the outdoors where I live, both on-road and off-road. While shopping for a Ural I had call a couple of different dea...lers, one in Texas and another one in California, but in both occasions the sales people seem to be more interested in selling me something right away than helping me with my concerns. I should mention that I live in the island of Hawaii, therefore any purchase of a vehicle in the mainland tends to be a lengthy and a considerably more expensive process. It was not until I found Ural Motorcycles of New England (A.K.A. Alpha Cars) and Dmitry Bykhovsky, its owner, that I found a true partner in the buying process. Sure, Dmitry, like any other dealership owner, might have wanted my money, but the big difference was that he was willing to work for it. Not only he listened to my concerns and expectations and gave me prompt answers, even when those answers were not readily available and he had to research them first, but he was able to find me the closest possible thing to the motorcycle I was looking for, in a practically new condition, at a considerably reduced price, which, after transportation expenses, still translated in considerable savings. I also should add that Dmitry, his charming wife Olga, and the rest of the Alpha Cars family were there for me not only throughout the sales process, but also during the post sales and even now. Every time I have a question about the motorcycle, whether is about accessories, parts or maintenance, Dmitry's and his team's answers will come promptly within less than 24 hours. Always genuine and always helpful. This is worth a lot to me because although I am not a mechanic, Ural motorcycles lend themselves nicely to do it yourself maintenance. Goes without saying, that i would absolutely recommend Ural Motorcycles or New England and Alpha Cars to anybody looking to buy a vehicle from them. I am actually completely sure that I, myself, will deal again with them when the need arises, because regardless of the great distance that separates us, they have proved to me that their focus is in the right place, and everyday I take my Ural motorcycle out for a ride, which always puts a smile on my face, I am reminded of it. I recently purchased a 2002 Mazda Miata from AlphaCars and it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. The car was in excellent shape and Dmitry and his team replaced the brakes, tires, timing belt and did other minor repairs until the car was in outstanding condition. They were very knowle...dgable about the car and its history. We were in a bit of a rush to pick up the car due to travel plans and Dmitry and the team were able to prepare the car and get it registered for us in a little over a day. I recently purchased a car from Alpha Cars in Boxborough and it was the best car purchasing experience I've ever had! In fact, we truly will never go anywhere else in the future. Dmitry, Olga and the rest of the staff are extremely nice, helpful and knowledgable. It is a 100% stress free exper...ience. Dmitry knows every little detail about the cars he has listed for sale and he will only sell the highest quality cars. Having a 5 minute conversation with him shows how passionate and detailed he is about his cars. We had a unique situation where we bought a bmw from a used car dealership in Acton and it turned out to have major engine problems. Dmitry and Olga went out of their way to work with us and help us get out of the situation we were in. We just got a high quality (all Alpha Cars are) 2011 bmw 328i and we couldn't be happier and grateful for going through Alpha cars. We HIGHLY recommend Alpha Cars for a stress free, no pressure, quality car purchasing experience. I was looking for a hard-to-find manual BMW 3 series Wagon and AlphaCars had one in stock.

From the moment I came in through the entire process, I was floored by how easy and comfortable the entire process was. The staff is knowledgeable, our salesman Brian was fantastic, it was a completely... pressure-free experience, and I couldn't be happier.

It's clear that the inventory is carefully selected, everything on the lot was in impressive shape, and I have no doubt that they will stand behind the car I purchased. Show more

I sold them my car before we moved out of town and the experience was pleasant and professional. Everything was smooth, straightforward with no games. They paid the agreed upon price and paperwork was done professionally and completely.

It is a different kind of dealership from the look of i...t. It is not your usual awful used car lot where nobody cares. Everything is neat and tidy and they have nice cars that are all nicely detailed and clean. I would recommend this place. Show more

We've been driving by AlphaCars for quite some time and the location and facilities along with the cars looked very impressive. We were in the hunt for a good quality used car and by chance, AlphaCars had what were looking for on their lot. We emailed them and they responded quickly. We spoke on the... phone and they were very pleasant. We went in and were blown away by their friendliness, professional and positive attitude. The facilities were so neat, clean and appealing. Very, very different than any car dealership that we had experienced in the past. Within 36 hours, and after a great test drive, we purchased the vehicle. The process was simple, professional and they did everything to please my wife and I. We kept scratching our head asking ourselves is this real? The car was like brand new even though it was a 2006 vehicle. It only had 37,000 miles on it. The car was detailed and we took delivery. Alpha did everything for us, even getting a new owners manual for us and a second key. I can see where the reviews of this professional used car and services company are so high. We now feel the same. We set the bar very high for great customer service and alphacars exceeded our expectation. The owner came out to thank us, shake our hands and to tell us that they will do everything to make sure we have a great experience with the car over the long term. This looks like a great partnership for us where we feel that we will be treated fairly, professionally and with integrity and honesty. Something that we have never found before until we met the team at alphacars. You'll just have to experience it for yourself. If you don't feel the same, then write your review. Their tag line is "Expect To Be Impressed!" and you will be. The owner Dmitry is extremely knowledgeable and they sell very high quality used cars. I have purchased 4 from them over the years.

The service department is prompt, thorough and they explain everything very carefully. Fin...ding a mechanic you can trust is hard to do. I never feel like they have done any work unnecessarily and I really trust them.

I would highly recommend Alpha Cars! Show more
