My first trip to Ural of New England was to test ride a Ural to see what a purpose built sidecar was like. I came away very impressed with the riding experience, and also highly impressed with the people I met and how I was treated. I knew when i left that day , that this was the dealer that I wante...d to buy from. They're motto is "expect to be impressed" and I was. The buying experience was one of the most enjoyable I've ever experienced, as I took ownership of a Ural a few weeks ago. All my questions were always answered along with great advice from Dimtry, and anybody else I came in contact with were also excellent to work with. Certainly a great experience for me. Show more

The job and the attention to the details AND keeping me informed of the status at every single step of a long running engagement - is really REALLY appreciated. You even managed to educate me along the way and tolerated m...y nit-picking - not too many people accomplish this (just ask my better half)! In two words or less - THANK YOU! I wanted to let you know what a wonderful experience we had with ALL of you!! I haven't driven the car much yet because my son had several soccer games this weekend for a tournament and I wasn't about to let it get dirty or door dinged!! I can't believe the deal you offered us with the low mileage a...nd how super "clean" it is! Thank you so very much for the clear guard at your cost, which I very much appreciate! And the floor mats have already saved me heartache, or should I say, my son's butts! Your staff were all wonderful and I look forward to having our new "baby" serviced there! Dave and I were unhappy to hear about the further problems you found with our trade in, as we fairly recently paid to have the leaks and suspension fixed. He was particularly unhappy that their work didn't hold up. In part, we know some of the problems are a result of buying the car during the first year they offered the new model... but still, we loved it and it served us well. I'm excited to discover the changes and upgrades in the 2013! I think it's a sweet spot, as I don't care for the look of the latest models. I also appreciate your honesty about the rims. You saved us money and future problems. I look forward to seeing rim choices that Skip comes across. I thoroughly appreciate your collection and how it's all displayed and the wonderful people you've chosen well to share your work and joy with! See you soon, and please share this with your staff! Their tag line is "Expect To Be Impressed!" and you will be. The owner Dmitry is extremely knowledgeable and they sell very high quality used cars. I have purchased 4 from them over the years. The service department is prompt, thorough and they explain everything very carefully. Finding a m...echanic you can trust is hard to do. I never feel like they have done any work unnecessarily and I really trust them.I would highly recommend Alpha Cars! Show more

We've been driving by AlphaCars for quite some time and the location and facilities along with the cars looked very impressive. We were in the hunt for a good quality used car and by chance, AlphaCars had what were looking for on their lot. We emailed them and they responded quickly. We spoke on the... phone and they were very pleasant. We went in and were blown away by their friendliness, professional and positive attitude. The facilities were so neat, clean and appealing. Very, very different than any car dealership that we had experienced in the past. Within 36 hours, and after a great test drive, we purchased the vehicle. The process was simple, professional and they did everything to please my wife and I. We kept scratching our head asking ourselves is this real? The car was like brand new even though it was a 2006 vehicle. It only had 37,000 miles on it. The car was detailed and we took delivery. Alpha did everything for us, even getting a new owners manual for us and a second key. I can see where the reviews of this professional used car and services company are so high. We now feel the same. We set the bar very high for great customer service and alphacars exceeded our expectation. The owner came out to thank us, shake our hands and to tell us that they will do everything to make sure we have a great experience with the car over the long term. This looks like a great partnership for us where we feel that we will be treated fairly, professionally and with integrity and honesty. Something that we have never found before until we met the team at alphacars. You'll just have to experience it for yourself. If you don't feel the same, then write your review. The good news, we live 10 minutes from this place so we hope to give them our services business also. Show more

I sold them my car before we moved out of town and the experience was pleasant and professional. Everything was smooth, straightforward with no games. They paid the agreed upon price and paperwork was done professionally and completely. It is a different kind of dealership from the look of it. It is... not your usual awful used car lot where nobody cares. Everything is neat and tidy and they have nice cars that are all nicely detailed and clean. I would recommend this place. Show more

I recently purchased a car from Alpha Cars in Boxborough and it was the best car purchasing experience I've ever had! In fact, we truly will never go anywhere else in the future. Dmitry, Olga and the rest of the staff are extremely nice, helpful and knowledgable. It is a 100% stress free exper...ience. Dmitry knows every little detail about the cars he has listed for sale and he will only sell the highest quality cars. Having a 5 minute conversation with him shows how passionate and detailed he is about his cars. We had a unique situation where we bought a bmw from a used car dealership in Acton and it turned out to have major engine problems. Dmitry and Olga went out of their way to work with us and help us get out of the situation we were in. We just got a high quality (all Alpha Cars are) 2011 bmw 328i and we couldn't be happier and grateful for going through Alpha cars. We HIGHLY recommend Alpha Cars for a stress free, no pressure, quality car purchasing experience.
