An absolute great experience! I had been looking at Ural for a few years and had always followed them on social media. I started the conversation with Ural of New England over the phone (I live in NJ) and even though there are dealers in my area, I wasn't as comfortable with them as I was with the... folks up in New England. Since a sidecar is so different than a regular motorcycle, I had a ton of questions and they explained everything for me. I made a trip up to visit them in person, and Darrell took the time to go through the bike top to bottom and did so again when I came back up to purchase the bike. They are absolutely worth the trip. Me and my dog Pitufo are going to have a lot of adventures! Thanks guys!! Show more

This is my second time at Alpha, these people are spectacular at what they do . Everyone has their act together , from fair pricing through competent service that will actually interact with you and try to resolve any need ( in my case service documentation) . Exact opposite of situation at Chrysler... dealer where I was told no problem only to find out service documentation in printed form does not exist . Show more

Exceptionally competent smart people . Proven ability to service prior car sl600 Mercedes , after repetitive failures at Mercedes dealer . Wanted 4wd convert , this Murano is like a new car . And it was 2 k less than another I had been watching

I have purchased several luxury vehicles from your big box dealerships where they attempted to provide a great experience, however in the end fail miserably. You are just a number and a sale at these dealerships... Dmitry and everyone at Alpha Cars were exceptional during the entire process - from... initial greeting to understanding my needs to selecting the perfect vehicle. My experience was exactly what I needed at the time. Providing excellent customer service, personal phone call follow-ups post purchase, and a fabulous experience is not something you are accustomed in today's busy world. At Alpha Cars, you are a customer, not a sale... I am now a customer for life and highly recommend Alpha Cars! Show more

Everyone here did such a great job. The bank was very difficult to work with but the staff at Alpha Cars did everything they could to make the process seamless. Top notch customer service is hard to find but they certainly delivered.
