Ural NE is there when you need them or even if you don"t. Great website and John is most helpful. They handle many non-standard parts. Something that you will not find anywhere else.

The customer service and speed of an out of state transaction was simply spectacular. I highly recommend this dealership as they take the time to advertise their vehicles correctly. Plenty of pictures, you tube videos, and of course live help on the phone. Dmitry, Olga, Marian, and John all wer...e super responsive, helpful, and a joy to deal with in all areas of my purchase. Just bought a vehicle from AlphaCars. They are A++++!! Dimitry was most helpful and professional over the phone with specific details and answers. Mike Briskie then took over, was terrific, and scheduled my pick up from the airport, and handled my seamless financing application in minutes, getting... me a rate better than my own credit union! Then Blake handled me when I arrived at the dealership in NH, and he was similarly terrific. Even got Don to fix a fuse that blew during my test-drive! These guys are unparralled! Truly. Show more
