EDITING MY REVIEW: Changing rating to 4 stars. Alpha cars reached out to me and provided some additional context, as well as information. The below still stands, I'm still not the happiest about the circumstances, but there's nothing I can do about it at this point. Edit is listed at the bottom of ...this review. I bought a Mercedes from Alpha Cars a few years ago. Alpha Cars misrepresented the vehicle I purchased as having all OEM paint and not having any paint work done. I noticed a bit of overspray on the rear diffuser, on the edge of one tail light, and a bit on the side of the bumper. The salesman, Rudolfo, was awesome, incredibly patient, and an all-around great guy. I have no gripes with the transaction process at least. To be fair, it's a decently done paintjob, matches in the sunlight, and seems fairly evenly applied except for one area towards the bottom. I am disappointed that the car was advertised as not having been repainted and having OEM paint on all panels, because that just isn't true. I'm unsure if Alpha Cars knew about this when listing the vehicle. Though, I would've expected that with the number of vehicles that they sell, at a premium, they would've been aware of this. EDIT: Alpha Cars did not test the bumper paint, that's not in their standard list of places to test paint thickness. They did however, advertise that the car "wears all original paint" which implies that it hasn't had any paintwork. Dmitri from Alpha Cars reached out to me, which I appreciated, and provided me with an inspection report, amongst a few other things. The report missed a few issues with the car, namely the seat massage/bolster motor being inoperable due to a failed compressor motor. There was also some minor scrapes to the underbody that were not accounted for, as the underbody of the car was given a score higher than it should've gotten with a minor amount of underbody scratching. All in all, I can't expect a vehicle dealer to catch everything, I appreciate that AlphaCars at least tries, unlike so many other car dealers out there. They do deserve recognition in that aspect. I only bring my cars to Alpha cars. I trust them to keep me and my family safe. If I am looking for a new car they dont have, they are who we have do a pre sale inspection. They are honest and don't sell you services you don't need.

I was looking at Royal Enfield motorcycles for a very long time, gradually becoming more and more obsessive, without actually seeing one in the metal. Eventually I started to visit the RE dealerships in my home state of Pennsylvania to determine which one would be best for me. (My wife said she want...ed to turn on the iPhone tracking so that she would know which motorcycle dealership I was at whenever I wasn't home. She has jokes. Or she was completely serious.) In any case, I settled on a Classic 350. Now came the really difficult part: Which one? They're all so great. I finally decided that Halcyon Green was the most appropriate color for the motorcycle. That was it. I contacted (via email) the dealership that would be most convenient for me to purchase the motorcycle from and asked if they had the bike in stock. They sent me a link to their website inventory page rather than sending an actual response. I made an appointment at the dealership to meet with the salesperson (who I thought I was communicating with). I went to the dealership and asked for the salesperson by name. I was told that there was nobody there by that name, and that they have a service that responds to internet information requests, but they would have somebody help me. Despite having many Classics listed on the website as in stock, they only had 2, neither of which was a Halcyon Green model. On to the next dealership, which was a further 70 miles away, and whose website claimed to have a Halcyon Green model in stock. Nope. The only Classic 350 was a Desert Sands model, a fantastic looking machine, but not the one I was seeking. The salesman there told me that he could get one for me, but it wasn't built yet. Okay. There was a dealership near Pittsburgh that showed a Halcyon Green model in stock, but I hadn't contacted them yet. I was looking at one of the Halcyon Green models on the Alphacars website one night when my wife walked into the home office and saw it. She said, "Oh, I like that." I said, "So do I, but it's in Massachusetts." She said, "When are we going to Massachusetts?" Alphacars had the bike priced at $1000 off MSRP and Royal Enfield was offering 0% financing, so I filled out the credit app online. Got a reply from Jack the next morning, and then Heather called me in the afternoon to make sure my information was accurate. Heather called me the next morning and told me that the 0% financing was approved. Signed the documents they sent me electronically, and made a date to come to Massachusetts. The Alphacars facility in Boxborough, which consists of 2 buildings, is beautiful (and if you see it at night, it's spectacular!). We looked around at the incredible cars and motorcycles they had in stock before we asked for Olga, who we were meeting for finalization of the purchase. They had my new motorcycle in the small showroom in the Administrative/Service building waiting for me. Olga was just the bee's knees, bantering with my wife and 8 year old daughter, in an easy, charming manner. The gentleman at the reception area helped load the bike onto my trailer. As we were pulling out of the parking lot, my wife said to me, "We should buy all of our vehicles here." I agreed, and we were back in a month for a Mercedes that she saw on the Alphacars website. Again, the vehicle, the people that we talked with, the financing, the overall experience exceeded any other experience we've had with other dealerships. We are Alphacars customers for life. "Expect to Be Impressed", indeed. 6 Month Update: I wanted to call out John (the service manager, I believe) who I've emailed regarding paint matching and other things, as exceptionally helpful, and very quick to respond to my emails. Thank you! Also, after riding and owning many, many motorcycles over the past 40 years, I can say that I have NEVER enjoyed a motorcycle as much as my Classic 350. Riding it is a genuinely transcendent experience. (My wife loves the Benz, too, but...obviously, right?) Show more

SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE GUARANTEED. I was an out-of-state buyer, looking to seal the deal on a relatively niche vehicle around the $70,000 price point. Joseph Rhodes wasted no time in accommodating me every step of the way, ensuring there were zero gaps in my knowledge of the entire process from q...uoting the buy order to signing of paperwork and receiving the vehicle. He was very understanding of my situation, making certain I only would need to arrive to his dealership once to finish the deal, and what an experience it was once I arrived! Joe was extremely prompt in his arrival time, even going so far as to arrive a few minutes before closing to allow me to see the vehicle and get started on the paperwork, which was just one of the many ways he went above and beyond what any large dealership would provide in terms of customer service. The paperwork was all ready to sign when I arrived, and the entire interaction, from start to finish, lasted no more than 45 minutes (15 of which was just us conversing on the purchase vehicle in question haha)! All of this to say, I ABSOLUTELY loved purchasing from AlphaCars & Motorcycles, and i very much intend to purchase again from this dealership, if the stars align in the future! Show more

Went to their cars, bikes, and coffee. Really cool place super organized, if they run the business like this event I'll bet the service is the best. Had the dreaded LED DRL angel eye on my M550ix burn out right after CPO coverage ended... Dealerships: we need to replace your entire headlamp assembly which will be in the thousands. AlphaCars: we can replace the DRL's led module and dremel the light tubes to clean up the burn marks. No assembly re...placement required. Repair not priced in the thousands. Show more

Dear Dmitry, I just want to send you a quick note concerning my recent Purchase of a Royal Enfield Classic 350 from your dealership. Back in July of 2021 I purchased a Royal Enfield Continental GT 650 from your dealership, mostly because your were the only dealership that had the particular... model that I wanted. My Connecticut dealer couldn't seem to locate it, and I had some difficulty getting my deposit back when he couldn't deliver. I ended up finding the bike on EBAY, which traced back to you. Although I wasn't thrilled about having to travel 110 miles to get to it, it all became worth it when I was treated to your dealership and the fine people you have working there, Everything went smoothly, and it was the best experience up to that date I ever had purchasing a new motorcycle. Fast forward to this month, I was very interested in possibly purchasing one of the new Classic 350's, so I went directly to your site to inquire about doing so. I was put in contact with Mike Noe, and, happy to say, the experience was just as pleasurable as the previous one, if not more so! Mike was a pleasure to do business with, as he took care of every detail. And Marian took care of all the complicated paperwork, filling out all the necessary CT forms. That made everything go smoothly on my end. That is saying something considering that the CT DMV can be really intimidating. I've owned 21 motorcycles in my life, had up to seven at once, and I am now down to three. All Royal Enfield: 2017 Continental GT 535, 2021 Continental GT 650, and now the 2023 Classic 350.
