I went to AlphaCars to find out information on Infiniti cars. Fernando invited me to test drive a BMX X3, which I did. I loved the test drive and asked questions about the car, which were patiently answered for over an hour. I had to affirmatively state that I wanted to buy the car. The salesman never asked me whether I wanted to buy it. After the sale was closed, the salesman told me that AlphaCars salespeople never ask customers whether they want to buy the car, but instead continue to answer questions and provide information for as long as the customer expresses interest. The post-sale experience was as consistently painless as the purchase itself. From the beginning to end, i was struck by the professionalism, orderliness and meticulous cleanness of the AlphaCars operations.
