Having owned numerous high-end European vehicles my experience with dealers and repair

facilities has run the gamut. New to the Boxborough area I was seeking a service facility for my Saab 9000 and was immediately impressed with how much Dmitry new about my car, despite the fact that Alpha Cars does not handle them. After noticing some very attractive cars for sale, I purchased my first Mercedes and was again very impressed with the entire process, from their technical knowledge through completion of the transaction. So much so, that I purchased a second vehicle three months later.

Post sales customer support is where many organizations fail, but again, Alpha Cars exceeds expectations. Their service organization offers technical competence and efficiency at a competitive price.

In the final analysis, I think their well-earned company motto says it best. “Expect to be Impressed!”
