When we say, "Expect to be impressed," this is not an advertising gimmick - we mean it, and work hard to deliver on that promise. Our facilities, personnel, and service are first-rate, and our entire inventory is hand-picked.
 
Before we obtain the vehicle we research general reliability track record of this particular model year, we check CarFax records to make sure no negative events took place during prior ownership, when possible we check service history of a particular car.

 

CarFax alone is not reliable enough to be certain that the vehicle truly had no accidents. Before we obtain the vehicle we make sure that each panel on the car was tested with Paint Meter to validate that panels and paint on the car are factory original and were not replaced or repainted. Once we obtain a vehicle our Service Department technician is assigned to perform detailed evaluation and generate a report. This report identifies what service updates should be done on the car. Our Service Department manager stays on top of each item on this report to make sure all updates are completed. 

 

Once service technician performs final test drive and gives a car "AlphaCars Bill of Health", our detailers start their work. Most of the cars that we purchase for our inventory are in very clean condition. Many sellers would simply vacuum and wash such cars. We go a major step above. On top of our premium "Level 3" detailing service we also perform all needed exterior and interior cosmetic improvements. We spend $500 - $800 for this level of Concourse Level detailing work. You have to see the shine of paint and softness of leather to appreciate this work.

 

Once detailers are done, vehicle is placed in our beautiful showroom where it is going to wait for an introduction to a future owner. This process usually does not take very long because we only sell reputable makes and models of a premium quality and ....  here is the best part - we are price competitive with an average quality car on the market.
