When we say, "Expect to be impressed," this is not an advertising gimmick - we mean it, and work hard to deliver on that promise. Our facilities, personnel, and service are first-rate, and our entire inventory is hand-picked.
Before we obtain the vehicle we research general reliability track record of this particular model year, we check CarFax records to make sure no negative events took place during prior ownership, when possible we check service history of a particular car.
Once we obtain a vehicle our Service Department technician is assigned to perform detailed evaluation and generate a report. This report identifies what service updates should be done on the car. Our Service Department manager stays on top of each item on this report to make sure all updates are completed. This report also certifies that all the panels and paint on the car are original. This is the best indicator that vehicle was not involved in the accident causing panel damage and a need for body work. CarFax by itself is a weak tool for that purpose, because of there data base limitations. There are many cars that we know had accidents, and yet those accidents are not listed on CarFax reports. We certainly do not sell such cars.
Once service technician performs final test drive and gives a car "AlphaCars Bill of Health", our detailers start there work. Most of the cars that we purchase for our inventory are in very clean condition. Many dealers would simply vacuum and wash such cars. We go a major step above. On top of our premium "Level 3" detailing service we also perform all needed exterior and interior cosmetic improvements. We spend $500 - $800 for this level of detailing work. You have to see these cars to appreciate this work.
Once detailers are done, vehicle is placed in our beautiful showroom were it is going to wait for an introduction to a future owner. This process usually does not take very long because we only sell reputable makes and models of a premium quality and .... here is the best part - we are price competitive with an average quality car on the market. Why should you settle for something average. Instead, take a look at our current inventory to see some of the best quality vehicles we are pleased to offer for your consideration.
